Obama: All troops will be out…in 16 months
Obama says he will gradually bring troops out, and in 16 months all American troops will be out of Iraq.
He says that the American people understand that we have fulfilled our obligations in Iraq, and that he will visit Iraq and talk to Iraqi officials.
